Please read TERMS & CONDITIONS before placing any orders!
1. Strictly no dead buyers.
2. All items are brand new unless otherwise stated.
3. No cancellation is allowed once you send in orders.
4. After submitting your order, an invoice will be issued thru confirmation email within 24hours. Payment must be made within 1 day after confirming orders.
5. No payments = Order voided and pass it to the next interested buyer.
6. We are NOT responsible for any lost/damaged items sent via normal mail.
7. For PRE-ORDER: Waiting time is 2-3 weeks after capping if there isn’t any delay. If it is earlier, we will inform you thru email.
8. Please do not join the PRE-ORDER if you are unable to wait.
9. For INSTOCK: We will sent it out once we received your payment. As there is limited stock for INSTOCK items, thus it will be on a first come first paid basis.
10. We reserved the rights to close any PRE-ORDER whenever we like.
11. We reserved the rights to amend any information on I-LoveBeauty without prior notice.
