Edison Chen and Fragrance Prince were 2 different, separate issues.

If u haf followed closely to the news, Mr Chen was involved in a widely publicized sex scandal, when sexually explicit and nude photographs of himself and several high-profile female celebrities from the Hong Kong entertainment industry became widely circulated on the Internet. And the ones responsible for the uploading of his scandalous photos without his approval were arrested.. Mr Chen was nt arrested cos he didnt violate the law, since he and the alleged female celebrities were “willing” parties.

This fragrance prince is definitely not another Edison Chan wanna be. He was arrested cos he was directly involved in the insensitive remarks made in his blog. Also by doing this, he violated one of the sections of the penal code.

AS for shame and misery, Mr Edison Chen wdnt have it coming if he was more discreet in his daily routine. I wdnt say I condone his actions, but if he exercised some form of discretion, this shame cd b prevented. In the case of Fragrance Prince, it was more like he was asking for it. He was digging his own grave by making such racist remarks.

Anyway, please read up b4 u gif any comments on such issues. It wd do all of us some gd.

To verify his claims is the important thing:
1) Are malays stupid?
2) Are malays capable of getting and holding onto jobs? Yes.
3) Do malay people do “these things” in the train?
4) Or the community at large?

At what point does it become “racist”?

I believe our malay community is more robust than this.
I suspect that this arrest is going to be publicised to discourage blogging and open thought.

Bloggers should understand what is really at stake.
