I alighted at Marina Bay with my girlfriend, and we route marched all the way Zhen Fa BBQ Steamboat to enjoy our long awaited steamboat dinner. We went there with high spirit, and paid $24 fucking dollars to dampen our spirit. I had lost my English writing ability after this two weeks, so I will just write down my thoughts as they come in point forms.
1) Poor fire control method. Occasionally, some diners’ steamboat will catch fire and the employees put out fire by stepping or slapping with cardboard boxes.
2) Table catch fire easily, burning the plastic sheet on the table, releasing poisonous toxic flumes to playground in everyone’s lungs.
3) No additional utensils were given for consumers to handle cooked and uncooked food separately.
4) Chopsticks given were made of plastic, and the tip of the chopsticks looked rounded and melted. Melted chopsticks had become lining for consumer’s stomachs. What comforting thought.
5) All the meat for BBQ contain very high amount of MSG and taste very salty. This is to encourage consumers to purchase drinks sold separately at black market prices.
6) There are many LP Gas Containers stacked around pillars where consumers are eating. A potential health hazard if they are to fall onto people, or if they are still unused, a potential fire hazard.
7) Lots of insects flying around, kamikaze-ing on my steamboat and food.
Big spat of oil shoot into my girlfriend’s eye.
Conclusion: If you want cheap BBQ steamboat experience, and don’t mind gently coating your lungs and stomach with a bit of plastic here and there, go for Zhen Fa BBQ Steamboat. $12 for adult and $5 for children!

No more steamboat for me!
Sakura sakura!
Stupid marina bay steamboat. Cheap so what… I’d rather pay $26 per person for Suntec’s nice-smelling steamboat. Urgh…
Ah, the obligatory transition… All the vulgarities start spewing forth. That actually happened to me, until somebody reminded me that to actually speak and write as they do would mean me descending to THEIR level.
After that, I refused to yield to their ways! Hope you can resist that too!
