In a few hours I will be leaving for Tekong. “Time to serve the country”, some may say. But to me it is about two years of putting the more active parts of my brain into deep hibernation, perhaps to conserve my sanity, as they are no longer needed when you are part of the Singapore Armed Forces.
Today is the last day I touch my computer, play my PSP, go out with my girlfriend and see my family for 2 weeks. It is indeed depressing. So depressing that crying seems like a good option, although crying is an activity that males do not have the luxury of indulging in.
The entire Weikiat.NET will be managed by my wonderful gf while I am away. So please be gentle with the site. Also, any rude or faming remarks will be deleted, as I won’t be around to entertain them.
